TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms of Sale:
Specialty Nail Products, inc. serves only Nail and Beauty suppliers and/or distributors. Before any other inquiries, we do require a copy of the customer's Sales Tax Certificate and/or Business license.
Orders/Payments:
All orders are needed to be pre-paid before the shipment. Accepted payments would be Checks, Bank Wire Transfers, and Direct Deposit. Customers are responsible for any bank fees or bounced checks, wire fees, and processing fees.
SHIPPING/RETURN/WARRANTY
Shipping:
Specialty Nail Products is not responsible for any damaged goods when shipping with either parcel or freight. If goods are damaged during transit the shipping companies are then responsible. Customers are advised to check their items to ensure nothing is broken or damaged once the customer has accepted the delivery they are now responsible for the products.
Returns:
All products must be returned in a resaleable condition with all of the original packaging intact. Specialty Nail Products will allow a 30-day return policy unless otherwise noted. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON ANY RETURNED ITEMS.
Warranty:
After the 30 days of sales, all warranty items must be handled with the manufacturer. Specialty Nail Products, inc. reserves the right to void any warranty if the item seems to be tampered with or altered by any unauthorized third parties. Broken items do not fall under warranty. Items that are accepted under the warranty repair are fully covered but shipping is NOT. Customers are responsible for shipping.
